We are looking to add a IT support technician to our existing IT team. The successful applicant will be our first line of support for both office and field based staff.
The IT Support Technician's role will involve:
Provide first line help desk support to staff for hardware, software, printing resources and telephone equipment.
Remotely diagnosing and correcting faults with IT equipment and software.
Inspecting returned IT equipment to diagnose, document and repair faults.
To help produce and maintain IT statistics, reports, checklists and other documentation as necessary
Identify issues as they occur and work closely with our developers for prompt resolution.
To undertake any other relevant duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.
The successful applicant with have working knowledge of:
Windows 7 - 10
Troubleshooting problems with PC / tablet / printer hardware and software, including printer drivers.
A good telephone manner with the ability to converse with other staff effectively is essential.
