Following a claim the file is submitted for payment, Hooper`s specialist in house team will review the following:
- Estimates costs
- Whether or not all damage is consistent with the claim advised
- Whether the repair methodology is correct
- Cost agreed
- Excessive credit hire cost (reasonable duration of repair)
- Final invoice validation
- Exaggerated costs
- Potential fraud
- Post repair to confirm all work undertaken has been completed in accordance with the authorised estimate and submitted account.
